Misty Ladd was hired in May 1996 as a Real Estate Closer and is now Manager of the Closing Department.  She insures every customer is treated like the only customer at Conway Title Services.  Other closing department assets are Jeanna Branson, Jessica Warren, Sarah Hooks, Susan Watts, Terra Perez and Tracye Harned.   Each member of the closing department is a true professional and will handle your closing in a very efficient manner.
